MSC Cruises declines all responsibility for property lost onboard MSC ships.
Anyone who loses an item onboard must ask the Information Office if it has been found. Any passenger who finds an unattended item is kindly requested to hand it in to the Information Office. |

Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas and on deck. Smoking is not permitted in the restaurants. |

Women who are at the most 28 weeks pregnant at the end of the cruise may travel on our ships, submitting a medical certificate confirming her fitness to travel at the time of booking. |

We recommend you use the free safe deposit boxes provided onboard for your jewels and other valuables. MSC Cruises declines any responsibility for the loss of valuables. |

Can I use my mobile phone? |

The innovative On-Waves technology arrives on our ships. A GSM cover service will be active as long as the ship is in international waters and offers you the opportunity of both making and receiving calls and SMS. Should you not wish to benefit from this service, please just turn off your mobile phone when the message ON-Waves or IS08 appears. While you are on board we will send you free SMS messages relating to particular events taking placeon the ship.

Can I use TV to access on board services? |

ITV is available on MSC Musica, MSC Orchestra, MSC Poesia, MSC Fantasia and MSC Splendida and MSC Magnifica.
It is an advanced digital system that will allow you to access many onboard services through the TV of your cabin. You can book excursions, require room service, access the internet, purchase goods from the shops, watch movies and much more! |
