Welcome to our groups Team, we are here to help you with any queries or concerns that you may have when it comes to booking a group with MSC. We specialise in arranging group travel, meetings and incentives groups for travel onboard our cruise ships. We are here to facilitate your needs in regards to quotation, adaptations and customising your group travel.

Booking Conditions
group consists of minimum eight cabins at double/twin adult occupancy. A child travelling as second guest pays full adult fare. Mini Suites and 3rd/4th sharing are available on request only. Suites and above cannot be held.
Group Fares
Fares do not include travel insurance, drinks, hotel meals, shore-excursions, UK regional flights (available at a supplement), personal expenses, cover charge at speciality restaurants, service charges, tips on board and ashore and any other item not expressly included in the fare.
Group Contract
Group contract comes into existence with you, the named travel agent, when MSC issue a Group Agreement. If you do not wish to proceed you may withdraw from the contract without penalty , You must notify us within 10 days of Group set up. Confirmation of group space is based on category reserved and not on location or stateroom number. MSC may reclaim space without names and full passenger details at any time.
Deposit
Deposit of £ 50 (or €75) per cabin will be requested upon execution
