Can I add extra staterooms if my group sells out?

Yes, and they will be added at the best available price at the time, which may not be the same as the rest of the group. The group pricing discount will apply to the new staterooms.

Is there any help for my group when on board?

Yes, you can request for your group to have access to the on board Groups Services Coordinator. They will be able to assist with everything from organizing functions to booking shore excursions.

Can I book cruise add-ons?

You can book add-ons for your group, including tours, pre- and post-cruise extend-your-stay, ground transfers and insurance. They must be arranged when the group is initially set up and all members of the group must have the same options.

What do I do if one of my group wants to book a different stateroom category?

It is possible to add an extra stateroom to your group in a different category to those you have reserved. The guest will receive the best available price at the time and will receive special group pricing.

How do I claim my FREE place?

When booking a group, one complimentary place is given in every 16 full fare paying adults. This place is based on two sharing a stateroom of the same category held for the group.
