DISCOVER THE BUILDING BLOCKS THAT WILL TAKE MSC CRUISES TO 2026

If we have become leaders in the last 10 years, imagine what we could become in the next 10.
Let’s discover the new up and coming ships, starting from MSC Seaside.

€9 Billion is not an investment, it’s a commitment. A commitment to company growth, to ever increasing standards, to improved customer comfort, and to provide future holiday experiences never even imagined by today’s cruisers.
Never has such an investment been undertaken in this sector. It aims at tripling customer capacity by 2026 with 10 ships that will be build and delivered by STX in France and Fincantieri in Italy at a rate of more than one a year.

The additions to the fleet come in three ship classes: the Seaside Class, the Meraviglia Class, and the World Class.

During the recent launch of the latest addition to the fleet in St. Nazaire, MSC Chairman Mr Aponte signed an order for four World Class ships to be delivered between 2022 and 2026.

At over 200,000 tons they will be based on yet another advanced new next-generation prototype and will form what is now known as the “World Class” of MSC Cruises ships.
The other 4 ships are due for delivery between 2017 and 2019.

MSC Meraviglia and MSC Seaside generation ships are designed and equipped to take travellers to every corner of the globe, both in summer and in winter.

State-of-the-art technology, new levels of comfort, limitless culinary experiences, SPAs and the renowned exclusive Yacht Club areas have been developed further to enhance every passenger’s holiday to unprecedented levels.

The next ship to look forward to is MSC Seaside. It is due to be launched on December 20 2017, and it will immediately set sail for the Caribbean.
