Cruise Credit

For all cruises we have cancelled we will offer a 100% Future Cruise Credit equal to the original amount of the cruise fare paid . As a further benefit to your credit note, we are pleased to give you a refundable ship board credit or an additional credit for 25% of the original cruise package value, depending on the cruise cancelled. The details of the additional benefit offered to you will be outlined in your official letter of communication.

 

This voucher and incentive are outside the scope of the ABTA and ATOL scheme of protection.

 

Please note that the additional 25% credit note and the ship board credit are not cumulable.

If you have already redeemed an FCC to the value of 125% the voucher is only valued to the original cruise amount. There will not be an additional 25% credit.

 

The Future Cruise Credit vouchers issued from July 2021 must be redeemed before/on 31 December 2022 for any departure, destination and ship as per the Terms and Conditions detailed in your voucher. For all vouchers sent before July 2021, they must be redeemed before/on 30 June 2022 for any departure, destination and ship.

 

All vouchers must be redeemed within your current reservation.

 
Once you have received your Future Cruise Credit voucher should you choose not to accept the voucher you are entitled to apply for a refund equal to the original amount of the cruise fare paid only and the additional 25% or the ship board credit will not be included. Please email operationsuk@msccruises.co.uk forwarding on your voucher and let us know you would instead like a refund and we will process your request. Please note that we will do our best to process this as soon as possible however due to the large volume of requests refunds are taking longer than anticipated so we ask for your patience at this time. 

All affected guests will receive a communication directly from MSC Cruises or through their Travel Agent giving further details regarding their Future Cruise Credit and how to redeem it. For further queries please contact operationsuk@msccruises.co.uk.
