If customers book the ‘Special Agent’ promotion onboard an MSC ship with the Future Cruise team, they will receive all other onboard benefits except the MSC Voyagers Club 5% and Voyagers Exclusives 5+5% discounts. If customers have a future cruise discount voucher, they may apply this to a cruise in the ‘Special Agent’ promotion. If customers have an FCC voucher for a re-protected sailing, they may apply this to a cruise in the promotion. And Lastly, if customers have created an Open Booking with the Future Cruise team on board any MSC Cruises ship, they can convert this to a new booking and receive the applicable benefits.

All guests travelling together must book the same experience type and drinks package for dining arrangements. Single Supplements can vary up to 100% depending on the sailing. Please be advised that Solo Supplements are also applicable to drinks packages when booked under the ‘Special AGT W Drinks’ fare.

Bookings with drinks included into the price descriptions will receive the discounted drink package option which is available only at the time of booking. The Premium Extra Drinks Package allows the guests to enjoy whilst on board, unlimited consumption of all drinks priced up to £14 (pricing will be up to €14 or $16 in other destinations). FLIGHTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Fly Cruises depart from:

• London Gatwick and London Heathrow to Barbados/*Rome/*Barcelona/*Venice/*Marseille/*Milan Linate (for Genoa) and *Palma De Mallorca . *These are all on a FIT Basis. Further Terms and Conditions apply – Cruise fare deposit of £100pp plus the full air fare must be collected at the time of booking.
• Birmingham to Tenerife and Dubai;
• Manchester to Tenerife and Dubai;
• Dublin to Tenerife and Dubai;
• Edinburgh to Tenerife;
• Belfast to Tenerife.

 

MSC Fly Cruises offer the security of the ATOL scheme (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing), ensuring your financial protection when you book a package trip that includes a flight. It's important to note that this protection is distinct from traditional travel insurance.

All Fly Cruises packages include direct flights to and from the embarkation port; comfortable transfers from the airport to the ship and back again; checked luggage and luggage recovery; assistance at airports; Airport taxes and rearrangement of your travel in case of flight delay.

Luggage Allowances are as follows:

Emirates: baggage Max 30kg

Airlingus: baggage Max 20kg

Jet2: baggage Max 22kg

The Passenger will receive confirmation of flight timings and routes with their travel documents, which will be sent out approximately 7 days before departure.

A non-refundable deposit of £250 per person for air inclusive holidays (including infants of under 2 years) is due and payable by the Passenger at the time of Booking. This applies to all fly and cruise fares apart from FIT Live fares as highlighted above.

All flights are commissionable at 10%.

• Children under 18 pay only taxes & fees.
• Children above 18 receive a 50% discount on the rates paid by the two adults.
• The promotion is not retroactive, and availability must be checked at the time of booking.
• It applies only to guests traveling in the same cabin.
• It is valid on the departures of the 2024/25 Winter Programming of the Mediterranean and Northern Europe (with the exclusions of: Christmas, New Year, Easter, School Holidays).
