Can we visit the crew cabin internally during the Behind the Scenes?

Absolutely ! We warmly welcome young adventurers aged 6 to 13 to embark on this fascinating journey. With a reduced price for children, it’s the perfect opportunity for families to bond and explore together. For safety and enjoyment, participants must be at least 6 years old.

Why do I have to wear closed shoes during the Behind the Scenes tour?
To ensure your safety, closed shoes are essential as you'll explore bustling crew areas and hidden corners of the ship rarely seen by guests. These precautions allow you to immerse yourself in this fascinating experience while staying protected in dynamic spaces where the magic happens every day.
Will the Captain be present on the bridge during the tour?
The Ship’s Captain may not always be on the Bridge during your excursion, but there’s always a possibility you might catch a glimpse of him hard at work! Rest assured, the experienced officers stationed on the Bridge will welcome you warmly and share their fascinating insights into nautical technology and ship operations.
Their depth of knowledge and passion for seafaring will make this an unforgettable experience, offering you a rare peek into the intricate workings of MSC’s ship navigation.
Why can’t we visit the bridge and engine control room during a sea day?
We truly appreciate your curiosity and desire to explore every fascinating corner of our ship. However, the Bridge and Engine Control Room (ECR) are critical operational areas where the magic of navigation and engineering happens.
For safety reasons, these sensitive spaces can only be visited while the ship is securely docked. This ensures a safe and uninterrupted experience for both our guests and crew.
