Where can I find my booking number?
You can find your booking number in your reservation confirmation email. If you can’t locate it, don’t worry: our MSC Cruises Agents will be happy to assist you and help retrieve your booking details.
I'm unable to log in to MY MSC Area. Why?
If you are experiencing issues accessing your account or viewing your booking in MY MSC Area, please first ensure that you are using the correct MSC Cruises website for the country where your cruise was booked. Login details are case-sensitive and must match exactly the information provided at the time of booking. If you have multiple first names or surnames, be sure to enter them in full. If the issue persists, please contact MSC Cruises Customer Service for further assistance.
How do I link my booking to my account?
Sign in to your MSC Account using your email address and password. Once logged in, you will find an option to add your booking number. If the personal details on your account match those on the reservation, your booking will be automatically linked to your account and become available in MY MSC Area.
How long before my cruise can I purchase onboard packages?
You can book excursions, spa treatments, Wi‑Fi packages, and other onboard experiences at exclusive pre-cruise prices up to 2 days before departure. We recommend purchasing in advance to take advantage of the best available rates.
Which payment methods are accepted online?
We accept a variety of online payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay, for a secure and convenient checkout experience.
Which currency can I use to purchase packages online?
Online purchases are made in GBP (British Pounds), allowing you to pay in your card's local transaction currency. Once onboard, all purchases will be charged in EUR or USD, depending on your cruise itinerary.
