Health Workers Promo FAQs
Are eligible for the promo all doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals and back-office staff, as well as other roles connected to health care services. Family doctors, firefighters, pharmacists and healthcare volunteers – such as those working with ambulance or social services – are also included.
Are non-eligible for the promo dentists, orthopaedists, dermatologists and similar specialists. Employees working in hospital-related roles but hired by private companies, such as external cleaning staff, security personnel or suppliers, are also excluded. Retired medical staff are likewise not eligible.
To qualify for this promotion, you must provide certification verifying your eligibility.
Valid proof of service must be submitted at the time of booking, including a copy of the company ID card, a certificate, or other official identification. Proof of service must also be presented at embarkation.
• Discount: 5% Interior & Ocean View cabin; 10% Balcony, Suites, Yacht Club Cabins.
• The offer is valid for all Destinations (*MSC WORLD CRUISES excluded) and it is subject to availability at the moment of the reservation;
• The Offer is applicable only to first and second guest in the cabin.
• The offer is not retroactive and valid for new bookings only;
• The Offer is valid for the healthcare workers cabin only.
• Discount is per cabin and applicable to the cruise portion only;
• Discount is Not Combinable with any other discount, including MSC Voyagers Club Members.
• Special, Aggressive & other promotions dedicated to specific partners, are excluded.
• The Health workers must be part of the reservation, otherwise the discount may not be applied (example: we don’t grant discount to a doctor’s child if the doctor themselves will not be travelling);
• If two or more cabins are booked, the discount will be applied only to the cabin the Health worker occupies;
• The same Health worker may book even more that one cruise, but they need to be personally travelling;
• In case of single cabins, standard single supplement will apply;
• Standard terms and conditions will apply unless special conditions are granted at the moment of the reservation.
